Cancellation Policy

Payment and Refund Policy This Payment and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms of payment and refund for enrollment in ArchiKids Camp (“the Camp”), operated by Amsterdam Space & Sound Club (“we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. Payment Terms 1.1. Full payment of all applicable fees is required at the time of registration to secure enrollment in the Camp. 1.2. Payments must be made through the methods provided on our official website and are deemed confirmed only upon successful transaction processing. 2. Refund Eligibility 2.1. Refunds will be issued only if a written cancellation request is received no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of the Camp. 2.2. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received less than thirty (30) calendar days before the Camp start date, including but not limited to cancellations due to illness, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or other personal circumstances. 3. Cancellation by Organizer 3.1. We reserve the right to cancel the Camp for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, staff availability, or circumstances beyond our control. 3.2. In the event of such cancellation, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days of the cancellation notice. 4. Acceptance of Policy By submitting payment and registering for the Camp, the participant and/or their parent or legal guardian acknowledge and accept the terms of this Policy in full.
